Postal and pre-poll voting
You can vote by post, or in person in advance of election day, if you expect to be out of the island or otherwise committed on polling day, or if you have a physical illness or disability that prevents you from attending.
If any of these circumstances affect you, and you want to apply to vote by post or in person in advance, you need to complete the right application form and return it to the Judicial Greffe.
The Judicial Greffe will then send you a ballot paper which you must complete and return either in person or by post by the relevant deadline.
If you apply to vote in this way you are disqualified from voting in person on election day.
